Mark Aubin
Chief Executive Officer
Mark Aubin is CEO of Softrax, with almost 3 decades of expertise in enterprise financial software. He is recognized as one of the pioneers in Enterprise Billing and Revenue Recognition Solutions. Mark co-founded RevStream, where he led strategy, product, and technology functions through its successful acquisition in 2017. He has since held regional and global leadership roles spanning sales, go-to-market, product, and customer success functions for finance software providers across a diverse set of industries. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas McCombs School of Business.
Youssef Yaghmour
Chief Technology and Strategy Officer
As Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, Youssef manages the product strategy and roadmap and is an acknowledged leader in enterprise monetization. He has worked with companies across SaaS, AI, IoT, Managed Services, and UCaaS to address complex revenue operations issues. Youssef combines insight with hands-on experience, offering a practical perspective on why consolidation isn’t just a finance project—it’s a critical driver of business growth.
Michael Braverman
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Braverman serves as COO at Softrax, leading global business operations, FP&A, and customer delivery services. He has more than two decades of leadership experience in Technology and SaaS, having previously served as President of hc1, a healthcare analytics and data platform, and held departmental leadership roles within the Enterprise Software, UCaaS and Global Logistics sectors. Michael has focused his career on building teams that deliver maximum value and world class service to customers. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Butler University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
