Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Hatch is CEO of SOFTRAX and Operating Partner at TELEO Capital, with 20+ years of financial and executive leadership experience across software, technology, and business services. His most recent work experience focused on private equity portfolio companies, where he led growth initiatives, restructurings, and M&A. He previously served as an executive at Avalex Technologies (acquired by Mercury Systems) and as CFO/Acting CEO of AppRiver (acquired by Zix Corporation). Earlier roles include Operations Director at Marlin Equity Partners and Director at KPMG’s Transaction Services Group. Kevin holds a B.A. from Fort Lewis College.
Graham Hulme

As COO, Graham brings over 15 years of experience in product management, account management, customer success, and operations within software and technology companies, with extensive expertise in billing and revenue challenges. Before his current role, Graham led SOFTRAX’s product strategy, overseeing the successful launch of industry-leading financial software and guiding the company’s shift to cloud-based, subscription-based solutions.

As Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, Youssef manages the product strategy and roadmap and is an acknowledged leader in enterprise monetization. He has worked with companies across SaaS, AI, IoT, Managed Services, and UCaaS to address complex revenue operations issues. Youssef combines insight with hands-on experience, offering a practical perspective on why consolidation isn’t just a finance project—it’s a critical driver of business growth.
David McCauley
