Before Moving To Softrax Our Clients Had Tried Everything
Rip and Replace
Many of our customers were faced with the need to modernize existing enterprise systems. A complete system replacement would have increased their digital potential, but the cost in time, money, and security risk of massive data migration made that impossible.
Spreadsheets
As modern revenue management become increasingly complex, many of our customers were trying to keep pace with manual processes and spreadsheets. But these temporary workarounds only increased the risk of inefficiencies and human error.
ERP Modules
To close operational gaps, some of our customers were taking on the challenges of increasing complexity and technology shortfalls with out-of-the-box ERP functionality. However, IT and Finance departments often found the functionality insufficient for the most complex revenue management tasks. And a lack of process automation led to increased risk for human error.
More Human Resources
Despite limited financial and human resources, some of our customers were assigning larger portions of their accounting staff to tackle the complexities of modern revenue management. But mundane, day-to-day tactics were a waste of professional skill sets when they are needed for more strategic analytical tasks.
