Education and Local Government Solutions Vendor: Managing the whole customer lifecycle

Customers order as many as 200 PCs at a time along with the company’s software, third-party applications, and peripherals. Every item must be ordered to specification, received into inventory, invoiced and set up on a maintenance renewal schedule before it is shipped to the customer.
