Chad brings over 12 years of experience to his clients, providing complex accounting solutions to both public and private companies of all sizes across multiple industries, including biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and software. Chad has extensive experience with assisting clients with revenue recognition, including the new revenue standard ASC 606. He has also led engagement teams through multiple system implementations related to revenue recognition automation and has provided varying types of AIS and complex modeling services to his clients. In addition, Chad is also knowledgeable in additional areas including accounting for Share based payments, Preferred stock, and Debt related transactions.
Kyle Britto is a Senior Manager with CFGI and has assisted several of his clients with the adoption of the new revenue standard ASC 606. As part of these experiences, Kyle has also spent a significant amount of time working in parallel with Softrax on client engagements through modeling complex manual revenue recalculations as well as a variety of system configuration testing procedures.
Tom Zauli is currently SVP & General Manager at SOFTRAX, a provider of advanced revenue recognition software automation. Prior to this he was VP of Sales and Marketing at SOFTRAX. Prior to that Mr. Zauli worked in the sales organizations at various start up companies and as an Electrical Engineer for GE Aerospace.
