Tom Zauli has been the General Manager of Softrax for over 5 years, working to further the automation of complex revenue recognition. Prior to his tenure at SOFTRAX, he spent over 17 years with start-up software companies, including SES, HyPerformix, Parasoft, rPath, and iTKO. Mr. Zauli started his career as an Electrical & Systems Engineer for GE Aerospace.
Graham Hulme has spent more than 15 years in product and account management at software and technology companies. Mr. Hulme’s experience includes extensive advanced knowledge of billing and revenue requirements. As the head of SOFTRAX’s product strategy, Mr. Hulme has managed the successful release of industry-leading financial software, including the transition to cloud-based, subscription-model products.
David Milligan has worked in software and technology companies for more than 25 years. At SOFTRAX, Mr. Milligan oversees the implementation of products and works with customers to identify optimal solutions for complex business practices. Mr. Milligan has filled a variety of roles during his career, including product strategy, services management, operational management as well as cultivation of customer relationships.
Robert Kelleher is Director of Information Technology and Development Support at SOFTRAX. Mr. Kelleher has achieved leadership success in the technology field for over 20 years with extensive experience in business software, SAAS operations, application delivery, compliance, security, and system design. Mr. Kelleher is responsible for solving IT and business problems, and manages IT projects, customer implementations, and DevOps development.
Scott Burdick is the Director of Customer Success at SOFTRAX, working with customers to provide service and support. Mr. Burdick has a long track record of helping solve the most complicated challenges in revenue recognition and complex billing automation. He has previously worked in finance, accounting, and auditing at companies such as Time Warner Cable and IBM.
Jeff De Andrade has more than 25 years of software development experience. In his role as Director of Product Development at SOFTRAX, Jeff oversees co-located direct reports as well as remote, offshore resources. He is responsible for all functional areas from management to product development and delivery of the company’s entire suite of solution, including cloud-based Revenue Recognition and Billing Management.
Anne Coyle is the Senior Director of Marketing for SOFTRAX, with experience that spans 20 years of successful brand awareness, marketing communications, and public relations strategies to show the business value of complex technologies. Ms. Coyle’s background includes showcasing the benefits that cloud, AI, and machine learning have for retail banking, capital markets, and insurance. In addition, she is an active participant in global technological events, such as Davos and with the Economist, to see how technology can create a better future.
