SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
Java: Softrax Customer Care Center requires Java functionality to
operate properly. If you are unsure as to whether your system is java-enabled,
simply visit java.com and your system
will automatically be updated. Once the update is completed, Internet
Explorer users will be prompted with a security warning. Users of other
browsers will need to restart their browser.
Session Cookie:
Upon entering your Customer ID and password, you will prompted to either
"Grant this Session" or "Grant Always" to enable
complete functionality. Failure to do so will result in limited functionality
and access to certain data. If you select "Grant This Session"
you will continue to be prompted each time you access the site.
