SOFTRAX NAMES JAY WALDRON VP OF SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

New Sales Leader Brings Fast Track Experience to Rapidly Growing Revenue Management Company

Canton, Mass., October 24, 2006—Softrax Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise billing and revenue management solutions today announced that it has named Jay Waldron as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.  Jay will guide the company’s sales into rapidly expanding markets for solutions that address revenue recognition, complex billing, financial operations, revenue reporting and forecasting as well as regulatory compliance.

Jay has been a highly-successful executive and sales leader in rapid-growth technology companies for more than 20 years. In prior positions he was the VP of Mid-Market solutions at SAP, where he introduced the SAP Accelerated Implementation Program; he was the President and CEO of Knowledge Impact, an e-Learning software and services company for the CRM and ERP markets; and, he was the VP of International Sales and then President and Chief Operating Officer at Applix, a provider of CRM and OLAP software. Jay’s career is characterized throughout by outstanding success in building worldwide direct and indirect sales organizations that exceed their goals.
