—Partner Assurance

Mike Schamberger is a Partner with primary expertise in serving early stage and middle market, owner-operated and publicly held entities in advance technology entities including telecommunications, software, hardware, internet, IT consulting services and bio tech. Mike leads the Technology Industry Practice in Chicago and is one of six members of the National Technology Industry Practice Leadership Team. Mike also leads the Transaction Support Group (merger and acquisition financial due diligence) in the Chicago Office.

Mike has been in public accounting for 14 years—all in the assurance practice. His current client base includes both public and private companies with revenues ranging from start-up enterprises to entities with $800 million in sales. Mike was previously a vice president with the Transamerica Business Credit between 1997 and 2000 where he held various positions including: National Audit Manager, Underwriter, Portfolio Manager and Marketing Manager providing senior secured loans to early stage and middle market companies.
