In his tenure as a Financial Executive, Minihane has been responsible for formulating and executing no less than 15 corporate growth initiatives, including 7 M&A transactions and 8 public offerings, including 2 IPOs. In addition to his experience in managing the financial operations of leading technology companies, Peter has held the positions of President, CEO, COO, Treasurer and is still an active member on various Boards of Directors.
