—Assurance Partner

Craig Miller is an assurance partner in Grant Thornton’s Mid Atlantic Practice, working out of the Baltimore office and serves as the Professional Standards Partner for the Mid Atlantic Practice. He has over seventeen years of experience in public accounting as well as two years of experience in the corporate environment of a healthcare provider. During his tenure at Grant Thornton, Craig spent three years in the firm’s National Professional Standards Group where he worked with the offices in the Southeast Region on technical GAAP, GAAS and SEC reporting issues.

Craig brings extensive experience in supervising all aspects of service to technology industry practice clients. He has extensive experience working with clients on private placement offerings, initial public and secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.

Craig is a current member of the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel and was recently named as one of Baltimore SmartCEO’s 50 SmartCPAs.
