Cathy has over 12 years of experience in public accounting providing clients with accounting, auditing, SEC and business advisory services to a variety of clients. Cathy currently heads the Southern California Technology Industry Practice. She works with a wide range of industries including technology, manufacturing/distribution, real estate and financial institutions. Cathy has extensive experience with public companies, including 10k, 10Q, 8-k, S-1, and S-3 filings. For a short period during the dot.com era, Cathy left public accounting to be the Manager of Financial Reporting and Planning for a public internet incubator. She was principally responsible for all regulatory filings, dealing with the external auditors, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual board packages and budgeting.

Cathy also has experience with Sarbanes-Oxley projects. She not only works on outsource arrangements with companies to help with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance but she also deals directly with our audit clients in preparation of section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley certification.

Cathy is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also sits on the Board of the USC Accounting Circle.
