A Partner in our Technology, InfoComm and Entertainment Practice of the Boston office, Stephen has over fifteen years of experience serving the high-tech marketplace. His client experience includes work with both venture-backed, start-up companies and large, multinational public companies. He has significant experience in assisting his clients with the financial and business issues they face throughout their rapid growth cycles with proactive advice and consultation. This experience includes stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, licensing, private equity and debt financing, initial public offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Stephen has been responsible for guiding certain Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and FAS123(R) related initiatives in our Northeast practice.

Stephen is a graduate of Boston College and is involved in professional organizations such as the Massachusetts Telecom Council, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
