Tom Connors is a partner in our Enterprise Risk Service ("ERS") practice and is one of the Northeast Leaders of our Sarbanes-Oxley practice. Tom has played a leadership role in developing and overseeing our Corporate Governance Services methodology and approaches including our Audit Committee Effectiveness Services and our Sarbanes Oxley Compliance services.

Tom is also the ERS Northeast Regional Leaders of our Commercial Industries and our Telecommunications, Media and Technology practices. Tom has successfully led numerous engagements to assist large global organization in improving corporate governance, compliance and internal control requirements. He has over 25 years of experience in internal control compliance and auditing and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
