—VP Finance/Controller

Mike is the VP Finance/Controller at Air2Web, Inc. an Atlanta based international pure play mobile marketing company. Mike launched his professional accounting career with eleven years of Big 4 public accounting experience with Deloitte Touche and Ernst Young in South Africa, Canada and the United States, most recently a Principal in their Atlanta Office. Mike also has many years of broad senior accounting and financial management experience in technolgy and healthcare domestic and international corporations including Sterling Software, Inc. and WebMD Corporation.

He is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and has held designations of Chartered Accountant (SA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Mike is also a husband, father of two and an avid triathlete and 3 time Ironman who encourages and coaches his team to stretch for unreasonable goals and breakthrough experiences.
