—Senior Vice President and CFO

Dave Allen is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Interwoven, responsible for all administrative and financial operations. He joined Interwoven as vice president and CFO in 1999. As part of the senior management team, Allen has played an integral role in strategic planning and development of the company vision, mission, and strategy.

During his tenure, Allen has overseen tremendous financial growth at Interwoven. Allen guided Interwoven through a successful IPO in October 1999 and an equally successful secondary stock offering in January 2000. He has spoken at numerous financial conferences.

Prior to joining Interwoven, Allen served as CFO of Objective Systems Integrators, Inc. (now Agilent Technologies), a leading provider of software solutions for the telecommunications industry. Prior to OSII, Allen was CFO of Telecommunications Techniques Corporation (now Acterna), a communications test equipment manufacturer.
