—Assurance Partner

Jacqueline has nearly 25 years of experience working with principally technology, and other industrial companies as both an assurance and corporate finance partner. She serves as co-leader of our Bay Area Technology Industry Practice, and she is one of the national directors of our Technology Industry Practice in the U.S. She also leads Grant Thornton’s International Business Center in Northern California and brings a wealth of knowledge and awareness of the unique needs of companies operating in a global environment.

Jacqueline spent over three years based in Grant Thornton’s London office heading the U.S. transaction services team there. This team provides expertise on U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements and American business practices. She served as an advisor to U.S. and European companies involved in transatlantic transactions, including, U.S. initial public offerings, other U.S. capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions. In this role she worked extensively throughout both Western and Eastern Europe. Jacqueline has served as the national managing partner for international client service and as one of two U.S. partners on the Grant Thornton International Board of Governors.

Jacqueline has served as the engagement partner on a number of our largest clients and her current practice includes a combination of established public technology companies, as well as growth oriented venture-backed companies.
