Eze Castle: Automating Complex Billing
Eze Castle provides its software and services under a number of different business models. Traders Console is a straightforward annual subscription model. Tradewinds customers pay a monthly fee per file. Eze Connect customers have a variety of payment options available. For example, when a client wants to trade with broker/dealers such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, or Lehman Brothers, there are times when the fees are paid directly by the client and times when the fees are paid by the connecting party. Eze Castle must coordinate multiple potential billing options on a connection-by-connection basis. The implications of this approach are significant; Eze Castle currently manages over 2,000 different billing relationships.
