The Software Engineer will participate in the design and development of new applications and new application features for the Softrax application suite. This person will work with other members of a team to develop reliable scalable solutions using the latest technologies and development methodologies. The developer will work on web based UI solutions as well as mid-tier business logic and database back end. The solutions will utilize cloud technologies and integrate with third party applications. The role will have mid to long term growth potential into a lead developer.
SOFTRAX is seeking a Implementation Consultant, that will serve as part of an implementation team, under the direction of a Project Lead, assisting customers in transferring their business processing needs (contract capture and processing, billing, revenue management and financial reporting) from legacy systems and spreadsheets to SOFTRAX. The consultant will be responsible for on-site implementation of business applications that are small to medium in size, but extremely complex. You will be responsible for configuration and implementation tasks per the project scope of work and schedule. The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a resourceful, independent self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direction. This will be based at our Canton, MA headquarters.
SOFTRAX is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the sales process in the Eastern part of the US. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, team player with great listening and communication skills (both on-site and remote). The Sales Engineer will assist Sales Executives in the discovery process to determine the high level and detailed needs of the prospect and the supporting business case. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for assisting in all remaining phases of the cycle including demonstration of the software (including preparation), assistance with solution architecture including integration discussion, response to RFI and RFP and answers to technical questions as they arise. The ideal candidate will have experience and past success as a Sales Engineer as well as a background in finance (CPA credentials preferred but not required) and will be familiar with the technologies involved: web services, databases, UI’s
