Robert
O' Connor, Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. O’Connor is President and Chief Executive Officer of Softrax. With over 20 years of experience in executive management of software
companies, he has proven expertise in finance, sales and marketing. Under O'Connor's leadership, Softrax has become a leading provider
of revenue management applications. O’Connor was also responsible for articulating the initial vision for the Company and securing all
of the venture capital funding for a rapid growth plan. In addition, he has executed a clear strategy of customer focus, significant sales
growth and infrastructure building that has positioned Softrax for industry leadership.
Prior to Softrax, O’Connor was CEO of RBS Group, Inc., a software and services company that grew to become IBM’s
largest business partner in New England. At that time, he was honored by IBM as one of the “Top 50 CEOs” among its business
partners. Before RBS Group Inc., O’Connor held senior financial positions at technology companies, including Chief Operating
Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. O’Connor was recognized by Ernst &Young as a finalist for their 2001 Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is a frequent
speaker on revenue recognition, business models, and other operational topics. Mr. O'Connor is a graduate of Georgetown University
and received his MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Jake Fennessy
Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Operations
Mr. Fennessy has been a senior financial manager in the high tech industry for more than two decades. In his current capacity as Vice President of
Finance and Operations he oversees all of Softrax’ accounting and treasury functions, budgeting processes, office management, financial reporting,
human resources and legal activities. His areas of expertise include raising money through private offerings, litigation management and customer
contract administration.
Prior to joining Softrax, Mr. Fennessy was Vice President of Finance in the Wide Area Network Division at Compaq Computer Corporation
(formerly Microcom, Inc.), where he directed the division’s financial reporting, budgeting, planning and accounting operations. As Director of Treasury
Operations at Microcom, Inc., he successfully negotiated a $45 million line of credit with four banks, and participated in initial and follow on public
offerings with investment bankers Salomon Brothers, Dillon Read and others , raising a total of $90 million.
Mr. Fennessy received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University and earned his MBA from Suffolk University.
Gottfried Sehringer
Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Sehringer is Vice President of Marketing responsible for worldwide marketing, communications, product management and strategic alliances.
Sehringer’s background includes extensive senior management experience in the global high-tech industry, most specifically in the ERP, CRM, and
PSA marketplace. Prior to joining Softrax he served as Vice President of Marketing for Maconomy Corporation, an international enterprise software
company. Sehringer was responsible for all international marketing activity for the company, including the successful completion of its initial public offering.
Previously, Sehringer was Director of Interactive Marketing at the world’s largest enterprise application vendor, SAP, where he initiated strategic programs for
permission marketing and one-to-one customer interaction.
Sehringer also held several other senior management positions, including Vice President of Marketing and Operations at K&V, a global CRM software
solutions provider, where he managed the company's launch into the U.S. market. Sehringer received his MBA from the University of Mannheim (Germany).
Jay Waldron
Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Waldron has been a highly- successful leader in rapid- growth technology companies for more than 20 years, with extensive knowledge of enterprise software markets, global accounts, vertical industry segments and channels. He is responsible for direct sales as well as channel sales and business development.
In prior positions Waldron was the VP of Mid-Market solutions at SAP, and he was the President and CEO of Knowledge Impact, an e-learning software and services company for the CRM and ERP markets. At Applix, a provider of CRM and OLAP software, he was initially the VP of International Sales and then President and Chief Operating Officer. His career is characterized by outstanding success in building worldwide direct and indirect sales organizations that consistently exceed their goals.
Mr. Waldron holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
John Davagian
Vice President of Sales
Billing and Revenue Solutions
Mr. Davagian has many years of experience in high-tech that span financial, healthcare and life sciences solutions. He has performed a variety of sales and implementation management roles at Softrax, producing teams that consistently exceed revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals. Mr. Davagian is now responsible for managing direct sales of Softrax’s complete billing and revenue management solutions for companies.
Prior to Softrax, Mr. Davagian was at Cerner Corporation, a healthcare information solutions provider; and a database software company serving the life sciences industry. He has outstanding leadership skills and a proven ability to drive sales growth in strategic market segments.
Mr. Davagian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Lehigh University.
David Milligan
Vice President of Customer Services
Mr. Milligan is responsible for all customer service and support functions within Softrax, including the Customer Care and Account Management organizations.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, his areas of expertise include systems design and software development for midsize to large companies. As
a result, Milligan has been the principal software architect of Softrax products, and continues to work with customers to assist in defining the functional
requirements of the Softrax portfolio.
Prior to joining Softrax, Milligan was Vice President Professional Services at RBS Group, Inc., a leading software and services company. In that role, he
managed all services functions, including professional services, educational services, and customer service. Previously, Milligan was Director of Development
and Services at GTO Associates, where he oversaw all activities related to the delivery of solutions to a variety of different industries.
Mr. Milligan earned a Bachelor of Science at Boston College and has attended numerous related educational programs throughout his career.
John Pavlov
Vice President of Engineering
John Pavlov was previously Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at Centive (formerly Incentive Systems), the recognized leader in on-demand strategic sales compensation management. John led Centive’s transformation from software to a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution provider with the Compel product and greatly enhanced the Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) on-premise product. He served as Vice President, Development, at Interleaf, where he was responsible for the definition, implementation and product enhancement of the BladeRunner product line, an XML-based content management and publication system. John was the co-founder of OpenSoftWorks, which was acquired by FlexiInternational Software.
John holds a BS in Computer Science from Massachusetts State College at Bridgewater. His professional affiliation history includes: the Technology Leadership Council - Boston Chapter, W3C Advisory Committee, IEEE Computer Society, Brown University Venture Forum, the Association for Computing Machinery and Object Management Group.
Sheila M. Daly
Vice President of Services
Ms. Daly leads the organization responsible for implementation of Softrax Revenue Manager Solutions in Fortune 2000 companies. A software-industry veteran, her experience includes extensive management of enterprise-wide product deployment organizations and customer support teams in high-growth environments. Her credentials include business process and technical expertise with enterprise applications and a record of results in successfully managing the needs of customers.
Prior to Softrax, she was the VP of Professional Services and Product Management at eCredit.com, developing and delivering web-based credit risk management solutions. She joined eCredit from Wonderware Corporation (formerly Marcam Solutions Incorporated where she held a range of senior positions managing product management, marketing, and customer support.
Daly has a degree in Business Administration/Computer Science from Boston College where she studied at the Carroll School of Management.
