Solution Analyst/Business Analyst
(Application Consultant/ Product Manager)
Revenue Management Solutions

We are seeking a strong Applications Consultant or Product Manager with experience designing and implementing mission critical business software solutions. Requirements gathering is a big piece of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

As expert on Softrax’s process driven Revenue Management applications you will design and configure high impact sales demonstrations to be used by the sales team. You will develop and maintain a standard library of product demonstrations for various industries and business models and serve as liaison between the sales team and the technical implementation team.

  • Analyze business needs of our customer and prospect base and develop business model and industry specific solutions
  • Communicate requirements to the technical implementation team
  • Manage delivery of complete solutions including product configuration, process orchestration, demonstration data and documentation
  • Foster new product ideas and drive enhancements through your understanding of customer needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product management or implementation consulting in the enterprise software space
  • Experience with ERP and Financial Applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, services, product management, development and other cross functional groups
  • CPA, Accounting Degree, public accounting experience or experience with revenue recognition accounting are plus
  • Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively in customer environments
  • Able to adapt and be flexible in a growing and changing environment
  • Understanding or direct experience in business process orchestration and implementing ERP SOA frameworks
  • (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus
